Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services offered through CareerPath, a product of NexaChain AI.

All payments made towards CareerPath subscriptions or premium services are generally non-refundable.

Exceptions

Refund requests will only be considered in cases of:

• Duplicate payment
• Technical failure resulting in non-delivery of purchased services
• Incorrect payment charged due to system error

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment by contacting our support team at support@nexachain.ai. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
